Founder Brandon Schmidt brings over 15 years of experience across a diverse range of commercial construction projects. He began his career with one of the nation's leading general contractors, contributing to large-scale developments, including Nashville Yards. He later transitioned to an executive leadership role with a growing local contractor, where he helped establish the systems, processes, and operational structure that supported significant company growth.

Throughout his career, Brandon has been involved in the construction and renovation of office towers, hotels, music venues, restaurants, retail spaces, educational facilities, and more. This wide range of experience provides a unique perspective on projects of varying sizes, scopes, and complexities.

Starting his career in the field, he developed an appreciation for the details, relationships, and hands-on leadership that make projects successful. Those principles remain central to how Roslyn operates today. We believe in being present, accessible, and personally invested in every project we undertake.

Roslyn Building Group is a Tennessee-licensed commercial and residential general contractor, holding an unlimited BC-A,B classification.

Brandon is married to Jane and they have three children together.
